Are you passionate about commercial excellence and excited to work with renowned beauty brands in the Nordic market? We are looking for a dynamic Commercial Manager to join our growing team in Malmö. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving our commercial strategies, nurturing key partnerships, and maximizing revenue opportunities.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Commercial Manager at Scandinavian Cosmetics, you will be at the forefront of executing our commercial strategy, building relationships with key retail and distribution partners, and helping to ensure the continued success of our business. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, brand partners, and clients to deliver best-in-class commercial outcomes and elevate our position in the market.
Overall responsibilities:
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Identify new business opportunities and support new revenue streams.
- Align commercial strategies with overall business goals in collaboration with Nordic Brand Manager and Key Account Manager.
- Implement the marketing calendar efficiently to maximize ROI by category.
- Execute the media strategy and plan product launches with partners.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations for decision-making.
- Drive cost efficiencies and enhance profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors.
- Collaborate across sales, marketing, and operations for customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market analysis to support commercial decisions.
- Assess and mitigate commercial risks in contracts, projects, and partnerships.
- Implement the brand’s strategy in the local market for stability.
- Act as the commercial link between brand management and key account management.

Self-motivated and results-driven, you adapt well to change and are comfortable taking ownership and working independently when required. A strong desire to learn and develop professionally is essential.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a commercial, key account management, or similar sales role – ideally within beauty, retail, or FMCG
- Track record of achieving commercial targets and driving business growth
- Strong relationship builder, skilled in driving engagement with both internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent organisational skills with strong initiative and a structured approach
- Passion for sales, marketing, and commercial excellence
- Comfortable with digital tools and platforms, including Microsoft Office 365
- Ability to inspire and motivate partners and colleagues alike
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Swedish; proficiency in English is an advantage, and Danish is a plus .
