As part of the Scandinavian Cosmetics Group, we operate across the Swedish, Norwegian, Danish and Finnish markets. Our shared Nordic warehouse in Malmö serves as a central hub, ensuring seamless operations and collaboration across borders.

The Formation of Scandinavian Cosmetics Group
Aurelius acquired Scandinavian Cosmetics and Norwegian distributor Engelschiøn Marwell Hauge AS (EMH), creating Scandinavian Cosmetics Group and broadening its regional presence.
Expanding Across Scandinavia
The company entered Denmark and Finland, advancing its goal of leading the Scandinavian beauty market.
Accelerated Growth Through Acquisitions
Acquisitions of Alf Sørensen AB and Solis AS brought prestigious brands like Bvlgari and Versace, solidifying the company’s position in fragrances and skincare.
A New Chapter
Accent Equity acquired Scandinavian Cosmetics Group from Aurelius, starting a new phase of growth.
Nordic logistic center
A shared Nordic warehouse was established in Malmö, improving regional distribution and collaboration.
Acquired by Storskogen
Storskogen acquired 96% of Scandinavian Cosmetics Group, with Accent Equity retaining a minority share, and the company moved its headquarters to The Point in Hyllie, Malmö.
