We are looking for a travelling Beauty Advisor (consultant) for the Stockmann department stores in Tapiola, Jumbo, and Helsinki to represent our wonderful brands.

Our Finnish product portfolio includes SENSAI, Clean, Molton Brown, Caudalie, Billie Eilish, Sabrina Carpenter, Isadora, NARS, and Drunk Elephant.
ABOUT THE ROLE
At Stockmann Jumbo and Tapiola, you will primarily be responsible for SENSAI, while at Stockmann Helsinki you will represent our fragrance and skincare brands Clean, Molton Brown, and Caudalie. You will be an important part of our field team and your main responsibilities include:
Responsibility for your own store
Achieving sales budgets and monitoring them
Sell-out activities in designated stores
Organizing events in stores, both during daytime and evenings
Motivating and training store staff
Planning and executing product displays
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for a team player who loves cosmetics, has great energy and a passion for sales and achieving results. You are service-minded and skilled at building strong customer relationships. You are organized, proactive and always put the customer at the center.
You must be able to transform given instructions and ideas into concrete actions in stores, plan your time efficiently and meet set goals.
Industry knowledge is essential.
It is an advantage if you speak English and understand Swedish.
TYPE OF EMPLOYMENT
The working hours are 30 hours per week, spread over five days. The role includes working approximately every other Saturday, based on store opening hours and customer flow.
