Vi søger en dygtig, ansvarsbevidst og energisk studentermedhjælper til vores PR & Marketing-team ca. 15–20 timer om ugen. Du skal kunne arbejde i eftermiddags- og aftentimerne, og af og til i weekender, alt efter hvordan opgaver og events fordeler sig.
Vi forestiller os, at du:
- Er glad, udadvendt og pligtopfyldende.
- Har masser af gåpåmod og ikke er bange for at tage fat.
- Har sans for detaljer og arbejder struktureret.
- Er stærk i skriftlig formidling og komfortabel med både dansk og engelsk.
- Har interesse for beauty og ved, hvad der rører sig på sociale medier.
- Er fortrolig med PowerPoint og Excel.
- Kan arbejde selvstændigt – men også som en del af et team.
- Vi forventer at du har min. 2 år tilbage af din uddannelse.
Dine primære arbejdsopgaver:
- Pakning og udsendelse af pressepakker og gaver til influencers og samarbejdspartnere.
- Deltagelse og praktisk support ved events og masterclasses.
- Upload og planlægning af indhold på vores sociale medie-kanaler (Instagram, Facebook og TikTok) via Later.
- Indsamling og produktion af visuelt indhold fra aktiveringer, events og samarbejder.
- Video- og contentproduktion til SoMe – inkl. deltagelse i events hos fx Matas og Magasin.
- Oprettelse af influencer-kampagner i Lefty (inkl. tilføjelse af hashtags, profiler og links).
- Oversættelser fra engelsk til dansk.
- Hjælp til tekstforfatning og opdatering af billedbank.
- Administrative ad hoc-opgaver, fx kontorindkøb, ærinder, pakke og sende varer med GLS/Bring.
- Bestilling af produkter fra vores interne system (GUNG).
- Indkøb af dagligvarer til kontoret.
- Ad-hoc opgaver relateret til People & Operations.
